Kasa El Paseo Miami Beach

Pros. the room was sparkling clean, bed was comfortable and smelled good. Love the location, it’s in the center of a lot of restaurants which helps since we arrive late and didn’t want to venture out too far for food. The hotel provided ear plugs and noise canceling machine if the noise becomes too much. Good communication on text messages Cons. No parking on site, no luggage storage. Can be noisy since we are in the middle of everything We were confused on where to find our building, good thing that we ran into a staff on site that he was able to show us.

What a beautiful stay! We really enjoyed the remote check-in process, it made the whole thing hassle free. Right in the heart of Española way makes this a top tier location, with a quick walk to the beach. The room was very clean, simple and nicely decorated. If you're someone who wants a lot of amenities in your stay and expects to be pampered, this might not be the place for you, but if you're like us and just want a charming place to sleep and a hot shower while exploring the area, the Kasa El Paseo is a perfect choice!

Beautiful hotel in an incredible location. The price for the location, charm, and quality is unbeatable. Everything was online and it was perfect. Instructions were clear and timely. The room is exactly what I needed, comfortable, great AC, hot shower, mini fridge, complimentary water and beach towels. I requested a late check-out and it was as easy as tapping the option on my phone. There is a shared, small balcony, ideal to grab a drink late at night.

We loved this experience! The Kasa was located right in the middle of the Miami Beach area- 2 blocks from the beach with lawn chairs and towels included with the room. The rooms were modern, clean and spacious. The instructions for getting in the gates and rooms were excellent. They also had electric bikes available for exploring the area! We walked around the area a lot at night and it is in a very safe area. The Espanola way was magical! A block of back to back outdoor restaurants, lights and people from the all over the world!

This place is right at the famous Española Street. There is no receptionist at the door. Right before check-in they sent you a code for the outside door, and the code for the inside door. It’s an older Spanish style building and I didn’t see any elevator. My room was facing the backstreet so it was quite, but if your room is facing front street, it may get noisy because of the famous street. There are so many restaurants outside. There is also a common lounge that you can use microwave or sit at the balcony while eating your food. TV has no channels, but you can connect your cell phone or computer and watch YouTube. Bed was comfortable. Hot water was good. Internet worked well. There was coffee. You can also store your luggage for a couple of hours if you text them. They also have bikes for rental in the building. If you wanna check out late, they charge you.

Had a great stay at Kasa El Paseo Miami Beach. The location is excellent, right in the heart of Española Way with plenty of restaurants and shops nearby. The room was clean, comfortable, and the check-in process was smooth. Perfect spot for exploring Miami Beach and just a short walk to the beach.

This was a perfect place to stay for the South Beach Wine & Food Festival. The location is great--in the heart of Miami Beach. That said, it was loud at night, requiring the use of a white noise machine (which was provided as well as ear plugs) to make it tolerable. Otherwise, the only other complaint we had was that the AC was hard to control (it was either too hot or too cold). But overall, the good parts far outweighted the bad and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

I loved my stay here! It was in the center of everything with food, drinks and the beach. They took the worry away from packing beach chairs, the shower recently renovated, even a Sleep sound machine. I felt VIP walking through the "way" and keying myself in. It is active in the area so don't come planning for quietness but I didn't encounter no excessive loud noises. Parking is BEST for the valet. Unless you plan to do a lot of driving out of the area, it's just hassle free. There is no elevator which may inconvenience some who pack heavy. I will gladly be returning!
